HMH names Haytham Abdelaziz as Chief Operating Officer
to Spearhead Strategic Expansion
Dubai, UAE – March 15th, 2025: Hospitality Management Holding (HMH), a subsidiary of MANAFA LLC, has announced the promotion of Haytham Abdelaziz to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Recognised for his leadership and operational expertise, he will now guide the company’s strategic direction.
In this role, Haytham will oversee critical initiatives, optimising performance across the group’s portfolio and manage upcoming property launches. His achievements include leading the successful openings of Coral Al Madinah Hotel and ECOS Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan, enhancing HMH’s market position. He will also strengthen collaborations with partners and support further regional growth.

Haytham joined HMH in 2014, holding key roles such as Executive Assistant Manager at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, General Manager at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, and Acting Cluster General Manager for both properties. With 24 years’ hospitality experience, including senior positions with global brands, he has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes. His focus on operational refinement and seamless market integration for new developments will be crucial as the group expands.
